(a domain name I made up when I got sick of spelling out a free email address)

Atomicvindaloo started life a long time ago(1/12/22), and came to an end towards the end of 2019.

I wanted to buy the domain back (as I invented it in the first place), but GoDaddy swept it up and wanted £600 for the privilege of returning it – as it was a .com.

Imagine my happiness then when I discovered that they’d given up in 2025, and I got it back for a more sensible price …… never to be released again.

In it’s time, there has been a lot of important stuff (Holly’s diary), and a fair bit of crap stuff (random self-important ramblings) that have made up it’s content.

Now, however, it’s time to restart the random self-important ramblings.

In earth years, I’m definitely getting older. Clearly – who else goes to the effort of actually manually _blogging_ these days.

As you’ll probably discover, I’m all about Home Automation, Tech, Walking, Land Rovers, Reading, navel-gazing, and watches.

I’ve been in Data – and the Internet – since time began, prefer my own company – but am surrounded by a wonderful and loving family (who probably don’t know that I’ve gone public again).
