Not only has there been a houseful this weekend, but the rain continued. I couldn’t walk along the river yesterday, as it’s flooded over onto the fields now and, with the forecast this week, it could be another year that it creeps up Station Road.

In other news, the fuse behind the stereo is fine. Which isn’t great news, as I’m now going to have to take the centre console out to try and find which wire has become disconnected. (I’m assuming a power/earth cable is going to be the culprit, and it’s really cramped back there). That’s going to require a dry day – so not anytime this week.

Every Sunday I promise that I’m going to take up swimming again on Monday (every Sunday this year so far), but I’m yet to do so. The best intentions are there, but the pool doesn’t open until 0630 and, by that time, I’ve usually become distracted by something else.

Something like the Meross presence sensors that are refusing to sense presence. Or the installation of Home Assistant – to see if it’s any more useable that my existing Homebridge setup. (It’s not).

On the upside though, I’ve got myself an Elgato Key Light – which has been put to good use today. (I’m beginning to look like the full streamer now).
