I am sorry if you feel you should have been informed sooner about the theft of data from our site.
However, we believe that we acted responsibly by contacting our solicitors immediately we became aware of the breach of security and acted instantly on their advice. They in turn also sought advice from the Information Commissioner’s Office. Therefore, we believe that we did all we could at the time.
Yesterday we received further communication from our advisors and passed this on to you immediately and we are actively pursuing the owners of any websites which are displaying our data to have it removed.
I can only apologise for this unfortunate occurrence and any inconvenience it may have caused you.
